Today is not only SAYBIA who is using the 'A Kind and Eden Studio'. While the guys have taken a break, Grand Avenue has just recorded their 4th album there. It took six weeks, and they lived on the farm during the recordings.

Grand Avenues last album “The Outside” is now 2 years old and its successor will be released this summer. It has no name yet and it is not finished yet. The bands producer Richard Rainley is mixing it in London at the moment.
